We at Empowered Strength Training recognize that each person that comes through our door has unique needs and goals. When you first come to see us, we will conduct a thorough body and health assessment. This, along with our 13 years of experience, will help us to get you on the right program, whether that is one-on on personal training, small group training, manual and corrective therapy, a challenging and fun group class, or a combination of these offerings. Customize Your Perfect Program
With Private training, we are able to assess your health goals and your body's needs, to tailor an individualized program for you. Typically there are body health goals, such as losing weight, toning up, increasing sports performance, rehabbing an injury, etc. But we also aim to address the less obvious muscle imbalances, and undesirable movement patterns, in order to get you functionally fit, to move more efficiently, and ultimately, get you stronger and leaner.
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-private group training is a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals, with a semi tailored program, at a lower cost. Small groups are designed for groups of 2-4, with similar goals and abilities. So ask us about our current small group offerings, or grab a friend or 2, find a time that works, and we will design a group just for you!
TPI Titlist Performance Institute
Golf Specific Conditioning
We have had the privilege of working with many amateur and professional golfers. As a TPI (Titlist Performance Institute) certified trainer, Hannah works with golfers who would like to improve their swing, and who may feel that they are limited by a lack of flexibility or power. She will put you through a golf-specific screening, which will identify the major limitations that could be affecting your swing. A typical program focuses mainly on increasing range of motion and flexibility, balance, core and power.
INJURY REHAB with Hannah
ART, NKT, CMT, FRC
For those dealing with acute or chronic injury, Hannah combines both manual therapy, and movement therapies, designed to address soft tissue (muscle, ligament, tendon), while also teaching your body to move more efficiently. If you come to see us with an injury, we will use a combination of assessment and treatment modalities, including Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), and Active Release Technique (ART). In addition, we will work in corrective exercise and specific stretching in order to rehab the injured area.
Small group classes are limited to 6 people per group in order to keep the workout customized and specific to each individual and each group. These classes offer a balance of mobility, strength, stability training, and occasionally some HIIT (High intensity interval training).
